Giving feedback

• Providing small and regular feedback to others is the most effective way to help someone grow. But it’s important to structure the feedback for it to be effective and useful.

Receiving feedback

“If you only do what you can do, you’ll never be more than you are now.” ~ Master Shifu

• Whether positive or constructive, feedback is the fuel that keeps us growing and improving. We get to choose the attitude we take about something that is said to us. So even if some feedback is tough to take, ask ‘what can I learn from this?’.
